A CONFLICT

There are many factors cause a conflict between people. Some of these factors refer to kind of personality which causes argument and other factors refer to environment . In my experience I think people need to resolve a conflict because they need to feel peace with themselves. Also, they want to be popular from all people that can lead to be more respect and love between them .In addition, a person who makes a conflict with other person he will encourage his bad feeling to become more stronger and negative. That may destroy all good feeling if it doesn’t solve the cause of conflict very quickly. I think the best way to solve any conflict with any person is sitting with him or her and listening to their views .Also, you should explain your ideas for them without angry or shouting.
