Conflict
People solve conflict because it is constrain them to look for the problem and to found possible solution. Also it’s keep them to get what they want . For example, when you fight with your sister for going out in the weekend. However, she want to go to the mall and you want to go to the beach , this will lead to conflict between you and your sister. Then your father will stop this argument , so he will suggest that one day you and your sister will go to the mall and the other day you and your sister will go to the beach. This means that everyone get what they want. However this reason why people solve conflict between them.
